We offer a full refund on every report, for any reason, within 7 days of purchase.

You do not need to explain why. There is no form, no review, and no conditions. A refund link appears on your report page and in your confirmation email — one click, and the full amount is returned to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed immediately on our side. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

If the refund link does not work for any reason, email us at info@asktodermatologist.com and we will process it manually.

We would rather refund you than have you feel you paid for something that did not help.
